All ceramic pieces are handmade. Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. Custom pieces or made-to-order items may require additional time; estimated production times will be communicated before purchase.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship from our atelier using reliable carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Local Pickup:
Free local pickup at our atelier is available. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your piece. If not, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions below:
Return/Exchange Period:
You may return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

photos of the packaging
We will offer a refund, repair, or replacement (if available).
Custom or Personalized Items:
Custom pieces are non-returnable unless damaged upon delivery.
